contacts within a maximum of 24 hours - which allows for time differences.
Due
to the nature of our services and the need to provide completely neutral
services, we require that all contact be in the form of email with
scanned attachments if applicable. If your correspondence relates
to an Arbitration, the contents will be shared with all parties involved
without exception
Please understand that we want to avoid even the
slightest perception of non-neutrality or bias.
Under no
circumstances will we accept telephone calls.
Further, we
will not respond or acknowledge any correspondence received from
disputing parties once the "discovery period" is over.
